Meet Brett!

Brett is the founder and CEO of Four Moons Yoga Therapy.

Her journey toward becoming a Yoga Therapist began in Maui, where she earned her 200-hour RYTT certification at the Maui Yoga Shala. From that moment, she knew without a doubt that teaching yoga was her calling. Eager to deepen her practice and knowledge, she enrolled in Dani McGuire's PranaYoga School for Holistic Health and Yoga Therapy Training, where she received her C-IAYT certification.

Her comprehensive Yoga Therapy training equipped her to adapt the practice to a wide range of needs, including heart disease, cancer, mental health disorders, and neurological issues. However, it was her first Ayurveda for Women's Health course that revealed her true passion and niche. There, she learned invaluable information on how to heal not only herself but also other women facing various physical and mental challenges.

Brett further expanded her expertise by completing Ayurveda Wellness Coach training with Shakti School, led by Katie Silcox and a team of renowned healers from both Eastern and Western traditions. She is deeply grateful to have studied under these two inspiring women, whose entrepreneurial journeys have profoundly influenced her own path.

Recognizing a gap in her community for the type of training and healing she had received, Brett founded Four Moons Yoga Therapy. This is her way of offering the life-changing practices that helped her heal from hormonal imbalances, mental health challenges, and an autoimmune journey.

The combination of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy embodies Brett's core belief in holistic healing. She incorporates the Sattva Vinyasa lineage into all of her classes, guiding students through elemental-inspired Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation therapies to support them through the various seasons and cycles of life.

In her Yoga Therapy sessions, Brett will always meet you exactly as you are, adapting each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you're working with her for yoga therapy or Ayurveda, you can trust that Brett will dedicate herself fully to planning and facilitating your sessions and protocols. No matter where you are on your journey, you’ll leave her sessions feeling whole and supported.

I have only high praise for four moons! !

Brett helped me gain back my power and take control of my health again. The yoga therapy portion of her protocol is deeply restorative...these sessions taught me to really be intuitive with my body on and off the mat. I now have awareness throughout my day to tune into what needs extra loving or what I need to take it easy with.

The Ayurveda is where the real magic happens! This is a full lifestyle reset - the guidance on nutrition, connecting food with the seasons and my cycle has allowed me to feel deeply connected to what and how I am engaging with my body day to day. It takes discipline - but it is 100% worth it!

I had been in PT for years and was at the point of giving up the hope of having a pain free existence. I was recommended to see Brett with Four Moons by a good friend and decided there was no harm in trying something new...and it was the best decision I made.

Brett not only worked with me to restore my body, but she taught me tools like breath-work and mind-body awareness that helped me sustain all of the beneficial changes we were making in our sessions. I realized that with PT, I would feel good for a day, and then go back to my normal / habitual patterns of movement and tension holding and the pain would all come back. With yoga therapy, I have learned how to take these practices into my every day life and I genuinely feel like a new woman!
